LHT Polar Aquarium and Golden Pebble Discoveryland are the two symbol scenes in Dalian, the city of romance. Both are invested and developed by Haichang Group. Golden Pebble Beach Discoveryland

This theme park occupies 470,000 sqm with a GFA of 120,000 sqm. Discovery Plaza, Legend Castle, Magic Forest, Metal Factory, Mystery Desert, Crazy Town, Wedding Chamber, seven scene areas formed foreign styles here.
Golden Pebble Discoveryland is like a fairyland, also as an adventure park, yet an assemble of exotic scenes. Since its opening in summer of 2006, it has attracted successive tourists. This grand scene is full of cream and craziness, like a Disney in Chinese version.
The Golden Pebble Beach Resort is located on the coast of Yellow Sea in the Northeast of Dalian It is one of the 12 state holiday resorts approved by the State Council, and it is the only one state holiday resorts in Northeast of China. The beautiful natural view, the natural grotesque rocks, the high quality and complete facilities, all made the Golden Pebble Beach a paradise of leisure vacation, attracts travelers all over the world.

Qingdao Polar Ocean World

Qingdao Polar Ocean World located at the Donghai East Road in Qingdao, to the south of Qindao Shilaoren Tourist Resort ,and back against the hill. It is surrounded by sea in three sides, with beautiful scenery and convenient traffic. With the polar ocean as the main theme, it provides complete services of dinning, accommodation, transportation, traveling, shopping, entertainment as one. It is also one of the seven projects called ¡°Olympic Planning- Tourism Special Planning¡±that are developed for 2008 Olympic games in Qingdao.
Qingdao Polar Ocean World was opened in 2006. The joyful scene in Dalian Polar Aquarium reappears here. It¡¯s now become a sub-center of urban cultural life in Qingdao gradually.

Project is located in Huayang town, Shuangliu county, a suburb area of Chengdu¡ªcapital of Sichuan province. Total site area is 240,000 sqm, and GFA is 190,000 sqm.
Chengdu Polar Ocean World project includes Polar Ocean World, Tourist Boulevard, Board Walk, Fisherman¡¯s Wharf, vacation hotels, shopping center, integrates tourism, leisure, and entertainment as one. It is the largest sea theme community in Chengdu , even in Southwest China.

Chongqing Nanshan Qingshui Xishui Park

Project is located in the famous Nanshan Scenic Spot in Chongqing. Total site area is 690,000 sqm, and GFA is 250,000 sqm.
it is an all- in- one central tourism and residential area supported by the sightseeing property and leisure traveling, complemented by city landscaping and famous scenic sport, inosculated with entertainment, shopping, sight viewing, dinning, vacation, conference, and exhibition.

Chongqing Guangyang Island Project

Guangyang Island Project occupies a site area of 6,400,000 sqm and GFA of roughtly 3,000,000 sqm. The design object is to create a featured and most popular community including tourism, leisure, health club, and vacation in west part of China. The project contains four functional sub-areas: business conference, international resort; golf, leisure, gym area; polar theme park area; and flower secenery residential area.

Wuhan Polar Ocean World

Wuhan Polar Ocean World project is located in Jinyintan Economic Development Zone, Xihu Dist. In Wuhan, closely next to the central urban area of Wuhan. The site area is 560,000 sqm with a GFA of 830,000 sqm.
It features polar ocean world theme, and it is a tourism project with multifunction such as leisure, dining, entertainment, vacation, hotels.

Yantai fisherman¡¯s wharf
This project is located near Yudai Hill inthe middle of Binhai Road of east Yantai. The site area is 240,000 sqm with a GFA of 110,000 sqm surrounded by sea at three sides in shape of peninsula. With over hundreds of million RMB investment, it is one of the ten city construction key projects in Yantai.

Tianjin Polar Ocean World

Tianjin project is located at the offshore south bank of Haihe River in Tanggu Dist. In Tianjin, with Haimen Bridge to the west, and Yingbin Blvd. to the east. The site area is 190,000 sqm, and GFA is 150,000 sqm. Tourism related land is mainly used to build Polar Aquarium, including Polar Marine Animal Exhibition Hall, Polar Animal Performance Theater, Polar Science Hall, Marine Mammal Hall, Coral Hall, Shell Hall, Tropical Fish Aquarium, Tourist Boulevard, and Fisherman¡¯s Wharf, etc..

Dalian LHT Fisherman¡¯s Wharf
Dalian LHT Fisherman¡¯s Wharf project is located at the east of LHT Ocean Park, with the hill and sea backing against each other, occupying a site area of 60,000sqm, and a total GFA of70,000sqm. It is an integrated and featured business area with multifunction such as sightseeing, entertainment, culture, dining, shopping, and vacation traveling. The architecture style is just like a fishing village in North American type. After completion, together with LHT scenery and Binhai Road, they will form a symbol business area with featured characteristics. And it will be the first fisherman¡¯s wharf with proprietary brand in mainland China.
